Phase 1 - Pre-Production This is the first step in determining the scope of the project and it is crucial for understanding how to get started. We will site down to discuss major goals for the site. A basic timeline will be provided with target deadlines, tasks, and required content for the project. A site map will also be created for the project.
Phase 2 - Production This step includes the intial setup of the store. Hosting, domain name registration and SSL certificates are installed and important modules (shipping & payment) are integrated. From here we start integrating categories, importing product information, and all other content on the site.
Phase 3 - Beta Testing Final usability and beta testing will be performed to determine the modifications needed before the final version is released. The beta version will be viewed and evaluated by individuals from the design firm and, more importantly, by selected outsiders who have never seen the site before and represent the site's target audience.

Technical beta testing will be performed by members of the production team. To observe how the site behaves under various conditions including browser manufacturer and version, computer platform, OS version, and monitor size.
Phase 4 - Administration Training We sit down with each client for a few hours to discuss how to operate the administration area. We provide instruction on how to update product information, process orders, and fulfill deliveries. Merchant documentation will also be provided at this time for reference.
Phase 5 - Delivery & Launch After the site is tested we look at launching the website. During this time we also discuss offline marketing, promotional initiatives, and search engine optimization.
Phase 6 - Support & Maintenance Once your website launches, we work with you with in order to keep your website up to date.
